About Us

The idea for this foundation was started by Jason’s little brother, Joey Clemente with a vision to
give back to the law enforcement and first responder community and their families. Together
with Jay’s wife (Darlene), daughter (Madison), and son (Jake) as well as Jay’s other brothers
and sisters, nieces and nephews (Jeff, Jennifer, Rowie, Cecilia, Seth, Noah, Katerina &
Logan), the foundation was created in memory of a man who left an indelible mark on our hearts
allowing for his love, laughter, memories and his spirit to continue to guide us and pay it forward.
